The Design Vision

• The Crown & Wings: The sharp geometric peaks of the crown represent the unyielding structure of empire. The expansive wings introduce a celestial tension — true power is grounded in tradition and still capable of flight.

• Filigree Ornamentation: The gold vine-work is islimi in spirit, the arabesque tradition that fills Persian architecture and manuscript borders. It is not decoration for its own sake; it represents organic growth set against the rigid, armoured attire of the figure — the duality of protector and conqueror.

• The Palette: Deep sapphire and gold, the colours of Persian tilework and illuminated manuscripts, chosen so the artwork reads as regal at a glance and detailed up close.
