The front runs MIGA in the green, white and red of the Iranian tricolour. The back arch carries the golden Shir-o-Khorshid, the Lion and Sun that stood on Iranian coinage, standards and the flag itself for centuries. The joke and the history are stitched onto the same object, and the cap only fully works when you see both sides.
The Design Vision
Tricolour front lettering: The three flag colours carried through the letterforms rather than sitting behind them, so the palette does the work without a flag graphic.
Gold crest on the rear arch: Placed above the strap where a maker's mark would go. Small, deliberate, and easy to miss on first look.
Dual-location embroidery: Front and back both stitched, giving the cap a finished read from every angle rather than one decorated face.
Unstructured six-panel: Soft crown that sits low, keeping the tone closer to worn-in than newly bought.
